Step 1 — Count before you open anything第 1 步 — 什么都还没拆之前先清点

Open a minimum of 20% of cases, and at least one case per series. You are not looking for a specific figure — you are checking paint finish, joint tightness, accessory count and inner bag quality. Step 4 — Reconcile quantities第 4 步 — 数量核对
- Count boxes per set, not just sets. Short-fills are the most common defect in repacked stock.清点每端的盒数，而不只是端数。少装是二次封装货最常见的缺陷。
